Using pharmaceutical, surgical, or invasive methods to improve appearance: peptides, steroids, jaw surgery, implants, etc. Clavicular is the most prominent public hardmaxxer.

The systematic practice of maximizing physical appearance through lifestyle, grooming, training, and sometimes pharmaceutical or surgical interventions.

Maintaining proper tongue posture (flat against the roof of the mouth) to supposedly improve jawline definition and facial structure over time. Named after orthodontist John Mew.

Outshining or dominating someone in physical attractiveness. From 'AMOG' (Alpha Male of Group). 'Height mogging' = being noticeably taller.

Average-looking person (PSL 4-5). Neither notably attractive nor unattractive.

Numerical attractiveness rating (1-10) named after PUAHate, Sluthate, and Lookism forums. More conservative than mainstream ratings.

Non-invasive appearance optimization: mewing, skincare, diet, training, grooming, sleep.

Extremely unattractive by PSL standards (1-3). Considered a starting point that requires hardmaxxing to escape.
